Meet Hannah Long, FNP

Hannah is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has had a passion for 'helping' since childhood. Through years of working in emergency care, she found she wanted to help prevent many of the diseases she saw every day in the emergency department. Creating real, lasting relationships with her patients in order to work with them towards their health goals is why she started Long Integrative Health.

In her spare time, you can find her outside in her front yard garden, hanging with her husband, two dogs and taking care of her grandmother who lives with them full-time.

We have a different approach to traditional primary care. We are dedicated to providing personalized care that focuses on your overall health and well-being. We are committed to addressing the root causes of health issues and work with you to achieve your version of optimal health.

At Long Integrative Health, we believe in the power of using all the tools that traditional and integrative medicine can give us to help transform lives and promote long-term wellness. Our approach combines the best of conventional and holistic healthcare to treat the whole person, not just symptoms.
